Jelene joined Encasa in July 2022 and brings over 9 years of experience in the financial service industry. Prior to joining Encasa, Jelene was a Consultant for CIBC’s Retail & Business Banking team. Jelene’s expertise is in strategic operations, analytics, and market research. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and a Post graduate certificate in Research Analysis from Humber College.
