Todd is Encasa’s Chief Operating Officer and an experienced entrepreneur with more than 25 years of senior leadership experience across private and public companies.
His background includes leading complex business transformations, executing acquisitions and integrations, raising debt and equity capital, and scaling high-growth organizations through to successful exits.
Todd’s industry experience spans professional services, infrastructure, construction, consumer packaged goods, diversified media, and technology. He has worked across a broad range of ownership structures including public companies, family-owned businesses, partnerships, and private equity-backed organizations.
As an owner-operator, Todd has built and successfully exited two companies over the past two decades. In 2018 he sold his consulting firm, GrowthPoint, to Grant Thornton Canada, where he subsequently served as Managing Partner and led the growth and expansion of the firm’s Canadian Advisory Services practice.
Through these experiences Todd has developed deep expertise in operational leadership, governance frameworks, and strategic execution, helping organizations strengthen performance while navigating periods of growth and change.
