Kerry brings extensive leadership experience in strategy, financial management, housing operations, asset management, policy development, community partnerships, and program delivery. Her work supports Encasa’s mandate as an investment manager dedicated to helping community housing providers protect and grow their funds and plan for their long-term operating and capital needs.
